摘要：古今中医理论中并未出现糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy, DN)的相关名词,根据其症状可与中医的“消渴”“关格”“水肿”等病进行对应辨证。DN多由糖尿病迁延不愈所引发,继而出现的肾小球滤过率降低、蛋白尿、水肿,肾小球硬化,是糖尿病非常严重的并发症。目前关于临床上对DN的治疗仍以西药为主,但是大多数西药不可避免地产生了一系列的不良反应,严重降低了患者的生活质量。中医药治疗DN针对病因病机,在改善DN的临床症状、提高患者的生活质量方面疗效显著。中医认为在DN发展过程中,脾肾阳虚、水停失运是其重要病机,同时水停失运也会变生多种他证,因此,在此病治疗过程中,应重视温阳利水法的研究与运用。
diabeticnephropathy(DN)does not appear in the syndrome differentiation theory in ancient and modern Chinese medicine.According to its symptoms,it can be differentiated from the corresponding diseases such as"Xiaoke","Guange"and"edema"in Chinese medicine.DN is mainly caused by the prolonged and non-healing of diabetes mellitus,followed by the decrease of glomerular filtration rate,albuminuria,edema,and glomerulosclerosis,which are very serious complications of diabetes.At present,the clinical treatment of DN is still dominated by western drugs,but most western drugs inevitably produce a series of side effects,which seriously reduce the quality of life of patients.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of DN,traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of DN and improving the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that in the development process of DN,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and water stasis and loss of transport are its important pathogenesis,and at the same time,water stasis and loss of transport will also lead to a variety of other syndromes.Therefore,in the treatment process of this disease,attention should be paid to the research and application of warming Yang and promoting water.
