摘要：目的对比分析医护人员职业紧张领域中英文文献研究现状与前沿趋势。方法检索中国知网和Web of Science两大数据库自建库以来收录的医护人员职业紧张研究相关文献,筛选后用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件分析文献的发表时间、作者、来源机构和关键词。结果共纳入中文文献542篇,英文文献1778篇,发文频次最高的作者分别是兰亚佳和Nienhaus,主要发文机构为四川大学与莫那什大学。中文研究热点为职业紧张影响因素、职业压力以及心理卫生与健康等,英文研究主要聚焦于职业倦怠、工作压力、职业满意度对发生职业紧张的影响等。睡眠质量、中介作用在中文研究中呈上升趋势,工作环境、职业场所暴力事件将成为英文研究当前的发展和改进该领域行动的未来方向。结论中英文文献在医护人员职业紧张领域研究热点有相似之处,但在研究侧重点与研究前沿方面还存在一定差异。未来应加强国内与国际交流,丰富该领域研究成果,缩小中英文研究差距,共同维护医务人员身心健康。
Objective To compare and analyze the status quo and trend of Chinese and English literature about research in the field of occupational stress of medical staff.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science were searched for articles published since inception to December 31,2021 about occupational stress among medical staff.After screening,the retrieved articles were analyzed with CiteSpace5.8.R3 software in terms of year of publication,author(s),institutions and key words.Results A total of 542 Chinese articles and 1778 English articles were included.The authors with the highest frequency of publication were LAN Yajia and Nienhaus,and the main publishing institutions were Sichuan University and Monash University.The research focus in Chinese literature was influencing factors of occupational stress,occupational presure and mental health and wellbeing,while the included English studies mainly focused on the influence of job burnout,job stress and occupational satisfaction on occupational stress.Chinese studies on sleep quality and mediating effect were on the rise,while workplace environment and workplace violence were becoming the current development of English studies and the direction for future improving action in this field.Conclusions Despite similarities in the research hotspots between Chinese and English literature in the field of occupational stress among medical staff,there are some differences in the research focus and research frontier.International exchanges should be strengthened in the future to enrich research production in this field,to narrow the research gap between China and other countries/regions,in order to improve the physical and mental health of medical staff.
