摘要：陈自明《妇人大全良方》言:“气血,人之神也,不可不谨调护。然妇人以血为基本,气血宣行,其神自清”,首次提出“女子以血为本”之说。叶天士基于前人之足提出“女子以肝为先天”之理论,强调肝对女子的重要性。肝有主藏血、主疏泄之生理功能,生活及社会压力可导致肝气不舒,经血不畅,则月经量少;同样,月经不调会加剧焦虑抑郁之情,从而形成恶性循环。滋阴疏肝法正是基于此状而确立,此文将以“女子以肝为先天”理论为基础,结合女子月经运行之规律,将滋阴疏肝法治疗月经过少的临床经验总结如下。
Chen Ziming's Compendium of Good Prescriptions for Women says:“qi and blood,the spirit of people,must be carefully nurtures.However,the woman is based on blood,and the qi and blood propagates,and the spirit is self-clear.”Based on the evidence of predecessors,Ye Tianshi put forward the theory that“the importance of the liver to women”.The liver has the physiological function of the main storage of blood and the main distribution of blood.Life and social pressure can cause the liver qi to be uncomfortable,and the menstrual blood is not smooth,so the amount of menstruation is small.Similarly,irregular menstruation can exacerbate anxiety and depression,creating a vicious cycle.It is based on the situation that the method of nourishing yin and soothing the liver was established.This article would be based on the theory of“the importance of the liver to women”and combined with the law of women's menstruation,and summarized the clinical experience of nourishing yin and soothing liver in the treatment of menstruation.
