摘要：目的：研究安神胶囊的安全性及毒性，为临床开发利用提供依据。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验；ames试验；30d喂养试验。结果雌雄小鼠急性经口毒性试验，属无毒级；ames试验自发回复突变菌落数均在正常范围内，各剂量组回变菌落数均未高于相应菌株自发回变菌落数2倍；30d喂养试验最大作用剂量,为2000mg/kgb.w,相当于推荐剂量临床成人（70kg）每日常量（0.40g生药/kg）的200倍。结论安神胶囊无毒性，符合药品的安全性要求。
Objective To investigate the safety of Anshen capsule and toxicity, to provide basis for clinical utilization. Methods the mouse acute oral toxicity test; Ames test; 30d feeding test. The Results of male and female mouse acute oral toxicity test, Ames test, no toxicity; spontaneous revertant colonies were within the normal range, each dose group of revertant colonies were not higher than the corresponding strains from back to change counts 2 times; 30d feeding test maximum dose, 2000mg/kgb.w, equivalent to the clinical adult recommended dose （70kg daily constants （0.40g）：/kg） 200 times.. Conclusion Anshen capsule non-toxic, meets the safety requirements of drugs.
