摘要：IBS-D是临床常见的慢性、非器质性病变的综合征,以腹痛、腹泻为主要特征。其病机尚未充分阐明,但内脏超敏是主要的病理生理基础。5-HT分布在中枢和外周,作为神经递质,通过脑肠交互作用,进而调节内脏高敏反应,与IBS-D的发生密切相关。艾灸属于中医外治法,防治该病临床疗效显著,绿色安全、易于操作。艾灸干预5-HT或其信号通路,调节脑肠互动,降低内脏高敏性是治疗IBS-D的重要机制,目前通过艾灸治疗IBS-D已应用广泛。文章从5-HT与IBS-D的关系、艾灸干预IBS-D的作用机制的应用概况进行综述,以期为今后研究提供借鉴意义。
IBS-D is a common clinical syndrome of chronic and non-organic diseases,characterized by abdominal pain and diarrhea.Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,but visceral hypersensitivity is the main pathophysiological basis.5-HT is distributed in the central and peripheral areas,as a neurotransmitter,through brain-gut interaction,and then regulates visceral hypersensitivity,which is closely related to the occurrence of IBS-D.Moxibustion belongs to the external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,which has remarkable clinical curative effect in preventing and treating the disease,is green,safe and easy to operate.Moxibustion intervention on 5-HT or its signaling pathways,regulation of brain-gut interaction,and reduction of visceral hypersensitivity are important mechanisms for the treatment of IBS-D.Currently,moxibustion has been widely used in the treatment of IBS-D.This article summarizes the relationship between 5-HT and IBS-D,and the application of moxibustion on the mechanism of IBS-D,in order to provide reference for future research.
