摘要：通过收集整理何天有教授的论文论著和医案,发现其针灸学术特色主要表现为:熟读经典医著,活用经方与传统针法;重视气机与气化理论,创立"中医通法"临证思想;重视灸药结合,创立"何氏药物铺灸疗法",首提"留灸"理论;遵循传统中医针灸理论,借鉴现代医学"靶向治疗",创新提出"靶向针刺疗法";发扬"传统蜡疗"之术,首创"特色蜡疗"之法。
Through collecting and sorting out professor HE Tian-you’s papers and medical cases, it is found that the academic characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion are as follows: familiarizing classical medical works, using meridian prescription and traditional acupuncture method, attaching importance to the theory of qi and gasification, and establishing the idea of ‘traditional Chinese medical method’. Attach importance to the combination of moxibustion and medicine, establish ‘HEs’ drug moxibustion therapy’, first put forward the ‘retention of moxibustion’ theory, follow the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion theory, learn from modern medicine ‘targeted therapy’, innovate to propose the‘targeted acupuncture therapy’,and carry forward the ‘traditional wax therapy’ technique and creat first the method of characteristic wax therapy.
