摘要：目的观察美白玉颜中药面膜的皮肤毒性,评价其用药安全性。方法通过皮肤急性毒性试验、长期毒性试验、单次皮肤刺激性试验、多次皮肤刺激性试验、过敏试验,观察美白玉颜中药面膜对豚鼠或新西兰大耳白兔皮肤的急性毒性反应、长期毒性反应、刺激性及致敏性。结果皮肤急性毒性试验和长期毒性试验结果显示,受试组豚鼠体质量增长值,血液学[白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、血小板(PLT)]、肝功[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)]及肾功[血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)]指标与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);皮肤刺激性及过敏试验结果显示,无论是单次给药还是多次给药,美白玉颜中药面膜对新西兰大耳白兔和豚鼠完整及破损皮肤均无刺激性、致敏性。结论美白玉颜中药面膜对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性,外用安全可靠。
Objective To observe the skin toxicity of Chinese materia medica( CMM) mask with whitening and fair complexion and to evaluate its medication safety. Methods The acute toxic reaction,long-term toxic reaction,irritation and sensitization of CMM mask with whitening and fair complexion on guinea pig or New Zealand white rabbits skin were observed by skin acute toxicity test,long-term toxicity test,single skin irritation test,multiple skin irritation test and allergy test. Results The results of skin acute toxicity test and long-term toxicity test showed that the difference was not statistically significant in the body mass growth value,indexes of hematology[white blood cell count( WBC),red blood cell count( RBC),hemoglobin( HB),platelet( PLT) ],liver function[aspartate aminotransferase( AST),alanine aminotransferase( ALT),total bilirubin( TBIL) ] and renal function[blood urea nitrogen( BUN),creatinine( Cr) ]of guinea pigs in the test group compared with those in the normal control group( P>0.05). The skin irritation and skin allergy test showed that CMM mask with whitening and fair complexion had no irritation and allergy on the intact and damaged skin of New Zealand white rabbits and guinea pigs,whether used for single dose or multiple dose. Conclusion CMM mask with whitening and fair complexion has no irritation and allergenic effect on skin,and is safe and reliable for external use.
