摘要：运用心理健康量表及体质测试等方法,对定西市农村中小学学生的身心健康状况进行调查研究.研究结果表明,定西市农村中小学学生心理健康总体为轻度,与2010年全国数据比较,除七—九年级学生体重发生极显著性变化（P＜0.01）,其它年级学生身高和体重与全国水平持平,但MIB偏高;耐力和力量均高于全国水平,但女生速度和学生视力均有所下降.
Using methods of psychologically healthy meter and physique test and so on, this paper conducts the investigation to the student＇s condition of physical and moral integrity in countryside elementary and middle schools in Dingxi city. The results show that the psychologically healthy condition is overall mild, compared with the national data in 2011, except students of 7-9 grades, the students＇ average height and the body weight of other grades are close by the national level, but MIB is high; The endurance and the strength are higher than the national level, but the female students＇ speed and the students＇ vision show the tendency of drop.
