摘要:目的:探讨慢支咳喘宁胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎的内在机制。方法:采用改良烟熏法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型,实验动物随机分为模型对照组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组、气管炎丸组及不加处理的空白对照组。造模各组以高、低剂量慢支咳喘宁胶囊,气管炎丸和生理盐水进行干预,测定各组大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的含量。结果:模型对照组大鼠血清中TNF-α和ET-1的含量均较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,治疗各组血清中TNF-α和ET-1含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组和气管炎丸组血清中TNF-α、ET-1含量均低于慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组(P<0.01)。结论:慢支咳喘宁胶囊可降低血清中TNF-α及ET-1含量,控制慢性炎症反应。
Objective:To explore the internal mechanism of Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules (MC)for chronic bronchitis. Methods: Duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method, the rats were randomly divided into model group, low dose group, high dose group, Qiguanyan Pills group and normal control group that didn't treated. Made intervention with high and low dose Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules as well as Qiguanyan Pills and 0.9 % NS, determined the contents of TNF-α and ET-1 in the blood serum. Results: The contents of TNF-α and ET-1 in the blood serum of the model group were significantly improved than that of the normal group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the model group, the contents of TNF-α and ET-1 in the blood serum of each treating group were significantly reduced (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). And compared with the low dose group, the contents of TNF-α and ET-1 in the blood serum of the high dose group and Qiguanyan Pills group were s!gnificantly reduced ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules can control chronic inflammatory reaction by reducing the contents of TNF-α and ET-1.
