摘要:目的研究气候变化对青藏高原地区红花绿绒蒿适生区空间分布格局的影响,探索适生区变迁规律,为该濒危药用植物的引种驯化及资源保护提供理论依据。方法运用生态位模型和地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析手段,结合实地调查和环境气候数据模拟当前和未来3个时期红花绿绒蒿适生区的分布及动态变化。结果海拔和5月降水对红花绿绒蒿适生性影响最大;未来气候变化使适生区几何中心向西南方向迁移110 km,且海拔上升113~160 m;气候变化带来的适生区扩大面积远高于退化面积,各省适生区面积均呈现增长,四川和青海增长最多,甘肃基本保持不变。结论气候变暖使青藏高原海拔3 000~5 000 m地区的红花绿绒蒿生境更加适宜,有利于引种驯化;而海拔3 000 m以下由于存在生境退化风险,应加强野生资源保护。
OBJECTIVE To study the impact of climate change on the spatial distribution pattern of Meconopsis punicea in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,to explore the rule of changes of the suitable growing region,and to provide a theoretical basis for the introduc-tion,domestication and resource conservation of this endangered medicinal plant.METHODS By using niche model and GIS spatial analysis methods,combined with field survey and the environmental climate data,simulate the distribution and dynamic change of the suitable growing region of Meconopsis punicea at present and the next three periods.RESULTS Altitude and precipitation in May have the greatest impact on the adaptability of Meconopsis punicea.In the future,climate change will make the geometric center of the suit-able growing region move 110 km to the southwest and its altitude will rise by 113-160 m.The expanded area of suitable growing re-gion brought about by climate change is much larger than the degraded area.The area of the suitable growing region in all provinces displays an increase,with Sichuan and Qinghai enjoying the largest rise,while that of Gansu remains basically unchanged.CONCLU-SION Climate warming makes the habitat of Meconopsis punicea more suitable in the elevation of 3000-5000 m in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,which is conducive to the introduction and domestication of Meconopsis punicea.However,the protection of wild resources should be strengthened as a risk of habitat degradation below the elevation of 3000 m.
