摘要:少弱精子症(OAS)是一种复杂难治的男科疾病,患者多无临床表现,但精液分析可见精子活力及浓度的异常。目前该病的发病机制尚未完全明确,但研究证实,PI3K/Akt信号通路在OAS的发生、发展中起重要作用,中医药在靶向调节PI3K/Akt信号通路治疗OAS中取得良好的效果。本文对PI3K/Akt信号通路在OAS中的作用及近年来中医药靶向调控PI3K/Akt信号通路防治OAS的研究进展进行综述,为临床诊疗OAS提供新的用药思路与选择。
Oligoasthenozoospermia(OAS)is a complex and difficult to treat male disease,patients often have no clinical manifestations,but semen analysis shows abnormalities in sperm motility and concentration.At present,pathogenesis of this disease is not fully understood,but research has confirmed that PI3K/Akt signaling pathway plays an important role in occurrence and development of OAS.Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy has achieved good results in targeted regulation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway for the treatment of OAS.This article reviews the role of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in OAS and research progress of targeted regulation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the prevention and treatment of OAS in recent years,providing new medication ideas and choices for clinical diagnosis and treatment of OAS.
