摘要：目的:观察肺癌合并肺结核的临床特点,以期早日确诊。方法:分析78例肺癌合并肺结核患者的临床特点及临床表现。结果:肺癌合并肺结核主要临床表现为发热、胸闷、咳嗽、咳痰、气短、气促;肺结核主要以浸润性为主,而肺癌主要以非小细胞肺癌为主。结论:中年男性为肺癌合并肺结核的好发人群,肺癌的临床表现、影像学表现、病理类型、临床分期和肺结核的类型无特异性。
Objective:To make a definite diagnosis early by observing clinical features of lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).Methods:Clinical features and clinical manifestations of78patients suffering lung cancer complicated with pulmonary TB were analyzed.Results:Clinical manifestations of78patients suffering lung cancer complicated with pulmonary TB were fever,choking sensation in chest,cough,coughing up phlegm,breathing hard and panting;pulmonary TB was mainly of infiltrative type,while lung cancer was non small cell lung cancer mainly.Conclusion:Middle-aged men are the group easily suffering lung cancer complicated with pulmonary TB,and there is no specificity between clinical manifestations,imaging findings,pathological types and clinical staging of lung cancer and the types of pulmonary TB.
