摘要：[目的]探究暴力威胁对护士离职倾向的影响过程中心理健康的中介作用。[方法]采用暴力威胁问卷、一般健康问卷和离职倾向问卷对117名护士进行调查。[结果]暴力威胁、心理健康和离职倾向彼此呈显著正相关(r值0.29~0.35,P<0.01);心理健康部分中介了暴力威胁与离职倾向之间的关系;直接效应和中介效应分别占总效应的75%和25%。[结论]护理管理者需重视暴力威胁对护士离职倾向的影响;通过提升护士心理健康,减少离职倾向出现及加重。
Objective:To explore the mediating role of mental health in the impact process of the threat of violence on nurses′turnover intention.Methods:A total of 117 nurses were surveyed using the threat of violence questionnaire,general health questionnaire and turnover intention questionnaire.Results:The threat of violence,mental health and turnover intention were significantly positively correlated with each other(0.29
