摘要：国际医疗旅游已成为全球增长迅速的新兴产业之一。随着“丝绸之路经济带”建设走向纵深和成熟,发展国际医疗旅游服务既有人类追求健康生活的现实之需,也是促进“民心相通”的重要纽带。甘肃虽地处西部欠发达地区,但也是“丝绸之路经济带”的重要“节点”“通道”,通过SWOT方法对发展国际医疗旅游的诸多要素进行全面深入分析考量,认为甘肃发展国际医疗旅游具有优势和特色,应以“丝绸之路经济带”建设为契机,锚定“向西”定位,聚力发挥中医药优势特色,整合医疗旅游资源,借鉴国内外成功经验,优化服务,健全完善政策保障体制机,营造氛围,塑造形象,创新突破等为实施进路大力发展。
International medical tourism has become one of the rapidest growing emerging industries in the world.With the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt becoming more in-depth and mature,the development of international medical tourism services is not only a realistic need for human beings to pursue a healthy life,but also an important link to promote"people-to-people bonds".Although Gansu is located in underdeveloped western,it is also an important"node"and"passage"of the Silk Road Economic Belt.The elements of the development of international medical tourism was comprehensively analyzed trough SWOT method.It is believed that Gansu has advantages and characteristics in developing international medical tourism,so it is necessary to take the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt as an opportunity to anchor the"westward"orientation,focus on giving full play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,integrate medical tourism resources,learn from successful domestic and foreign experience,optimize services,improve policy guarantee systems and mechanisms,create an good environment,make innovations and breakthroughs for the implementation approach.
