摘要：目的了解肿瘤医院护士疼痛护理相关知识、态度及行为倾向的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法于2018年3—4月采用中文版疼痛处理量表(Pain Management Survey,PMS)对乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等肿瘤医院360名护士疼痛护理相关知识、态度及行为倾向的现状进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果PMS量表各维度得分为:直接态度23.33±1.60分、间接态度0.59±6.10分、直接规范1.80±3.07分、直接控制0.69±5.59分、间接控制5.11±4.29分、行为打算2.43±3.93分,6个维度得分均较低。不同年龄段、职称、学历、工作年限、是否有疼痛经历、在校是否接受过疼痛教育间得分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学历、职称及工作年限与护士疼痛处理知识、态度及行为倾向总得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤医院护士疼痛护理积极性较高,但疼痛处理及麻醉性镇痛药的知识仍有欠缺,在临床中可通过加强对低年资护士的疼痛知识及疼痛护理进行培训,从而提升疼痛控制质量。
Objective To understand the current situation of nurses' knowledge,attitude and behavioral tendency of pain nursing in tumor hospital,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From March to April 2018,the pain Management Survey scale(PMS)was used to investigate the status of pain nursing knowledge,attitude and behavioral tendency of 360 nurses from a Grade 3 A tumor hospital in Urumqi.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The direct approach of PMS was(23.33±1.60),indirect attitude was(0.59±6.10),direct specification(1.80±3.07),direct control was(0.69±5.59),indirect control was(5.11±4.29),behavior plan was(2.43±3.93).The six dimension scores were low.There were significant differences in scores between different age groups,professional titles,academic qualifications and working years,whether there was pain experience or not,and whether there was pain education at school( P <0.05).Educational background,professional title and working years were positively correlated with the total scores of nurses undefined knowledge of pain management,attitude and behavioral tendency( P <0.01).Conclusion The nurses in tumor hospital have high enthusiasm for pain nursing,but the knowledge of pain management and narcotic analgesics is still lacking.In clinical practice,we can enhance the quality of pain control by strengthening the training of young nurses on pain and pain nursing.
