摘要：目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析穴位贴敷治疗常见肾病的用药与选穴规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:运用计算机在中国知网、万方数据和维普数据等文献数据库中,检索1978—2019年间穴位贴敷治疗常见肾病的临床文献,采用数据挖掘技术对其用药和取穴类型进行频数统计和聚类分析,揭示其规律。结果:共纳入文献29篇,使用药物60种(177次),选用腧穴20种(89次),使用药物最多的是黄芪、大黄、肉桂和附子等10种,选用腧穴最多的是肾俞、神阙和关元等10种,其高频(列前10位)用药和取穴均聚为4类。结论:中医治疗肾病,口服汤药与穴位贴敷组方用药在补虚、利水渗湿和活血化瘀等功效方面具有一致性;中医穴位贴敷治疗不同的疾病,其取穴针对性强。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the regularity of medicated and acupoint selection in the treatment of common nephrosis by using data mining technology, and to provide references for clinical treatment. METHODS The clinical literature of acupoint application for common nephrosis from 1978 to 2019 was searched by computer in the literature database of CNKI, Wanfang data and WIP data. Data mining technology was used to analyze the frequency statistics and cluster analysis of its medication and acupoint selection types, so as to reveal its law. RESULTS 29 documents were included, 60 kinds of drugs(177 times) and 20 kinds of acupoints(89 times) were used. The top 10 used drugs included radix astragali, radix et rhizoma rhei, cassia and radix aconiti lateralis, and top 10 commonly used acupoints included Shenshu, shenque and guanyuan, and the high frequency(the top 10) drugs and acupoints were grouped into 4 categories. CONCLUSION For the treatment of Nephrosis by Chinese Medicine, there was consistency between oral decoction and acupoint application group in the efficacy of tonifying deficiency, promoting water and dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. For acupoint application on different diseases, the acupoint selection had strong target.
