摘要：目的:研究慢性萎缩性胃炎中医证候特征分布规律,为临床诊治及后续研究提供依据。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网、重庆维普数据库收录的发表于2010年12月-2016年12月关于慢性萎缩性胃炎中医诊治的相关文献,将原始数据整理后进行频数和聚类分析。结果:纳入文献23篇,涉及3 509例患者,包括17种证候、58种症状。提取频数较高的症状进行聚类分析,得到5类基本证型:脾胃虚弱、肝胃不和、瘀阻胃络、脾胃湿热、胃阴不足,并总结出各证型核心症状。结论:结合统计学知识和相关专家意见,初步探明了慢性萎缩性胃炎常见症状和不同证候的辨证要点,为慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断和治疗的规范化、标准化提供参考,也可为后续研究提供依据。
Objective：To study distribution rules of TCM syndrome characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） ; to provide references for clinical treatment and further study. Methods：The articles related to chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） in CNKI and VIP during Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2016 were retrieved and analyzed. The original data were input into computer. Methods of cluster analysis and frequency analysis were combined to conduct statistical analysis. Results： A total of 23 articles and 3509 patients were included in the analysis, including 17 syndromes and 58 symptoms. The syndromes of higher frequency was analyzed by clustering and 5 kinds of basic syndrome types were obtained, including weakness of the spleen and the stomach, liver-stomach disharmony, blood stasis obstructing the stomach collateral, damp heat in the spleen and the stomach, and the stomach yin deficiency; the main points of syndrome differentiation were initially established. Conclusion ： Statistical knowledge combined with relevant experts＇ advice were used to ascertain the common symptoms and the main points of syndrome differentiation in different syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）, which can provide a reference for the standardization of CAG and lay a solid foundation for further study.
