摘要：病史采集与病历书写是临床医生的两大基本功,为了使中医学专业大学五年级的学生在进入临床实习前掌握临床医生的基本技能,更好地胜任临床实习医生工作,迅速成长为符合临床需求的中医人才,我们采用标准化病人(SP)对中医本科生进行临床技能实训和考核。招募我校低年级医学生(大一、大二)作为志愿者,选择内科常见病、多发病建立病例题库,对标准化病人进行培训,应用到中医本科生的临床技能实训和考核中。这种实训及考核方式,更好地培养和检验了学生的基本临床技能,使理论与实践能够很好的结合,获得了学生及教师的高度认可和好评。标准化病人应用在中医本科生临床技能实训和考核中,不仅提高了医学生的临床技能,还培养了医学生的沟通能力和人文素养,增强了自信心。
History-taking and medical record writing are two basic skills of clinical practitioners. In practice training and assessment of clinical skills for TCM undergraduates, standardized patients（SP） are introduced for purposes of mastering basic clinical skills by fifty-grade students in specialty of Chinese medicine before clinical internship. The first-grade and second-grade students are recruited as volunteers and trained as SP, and internal common and frequently-occurring diseases are selected to establish a question bank, which is applied in practice training and assessment of clinical skills. This method is good for training and examining students＇ basic clinical skills and integrating theory and practice, and it is accepted and gets good reputation by students and teachers. The application of SP not only improves students＇ clinical skills, but also cultivates their communicative ability,humanistic quality and self-confidence.
