摘要:为获得较高的黄芪甲苷提取效率,以黄芪药材为原料,通过方法学验证及正交试验对料液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间4个关键提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:最佳工艺参数组合为料液比1∶16,乙醇浓度90%,提取温度80℃,提取时间120 min;该工艺条件下黄芪甲苷提取量为96.89 mg/4.0 g。这种工艺方法能为黄芪甲苷的提取和工业化生产提供理论参考和技术支持。
In order to obtain higher extraction efficiency of astragaloside,four key extraction parameters including solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized using astragaloside as raw materials through methodological verification and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were solid-liquid ratio 1∶16,ethanol concentration 90%,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 120 min;The extraction amount of astragaloside was 96.89 mg/4.0 g.This process can provide theoretical reference and technical support for the extraction and industrial production of astragaloside.
