摘要：目的观察心痛宁贴膏穴位贴敷对冠心病心肌缺血损伤大鼠模型血清中总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法将50只健康W istar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、内服通心络胶囊组(简称中药内服组)、穴位贴敷心痛宁贴膏1组(简称穴贴1组)、穴位贴敷心痛宁贴膏2组(简称穴贴2组),每组10只。除空白组外,各组大鼠用高脂饲料喂养60 d,在开始喂养的同时各组大鼠一次性腹腔注射维生素D360万IU/kg,于喂养结束后的第1 d、第4 d各组以2 U/kg的剂量皮下多点注射垂体后叶素(Pit),以造成冠心病心肌缺血损伤大鼠模型。从第一次注射Pit后,开始相应治疗8 d后,测试各组大鼠血清中TC,LDL,TNF-,αIL-6的含量。结果模型组血清中TC,LDL,TNF-,αIL-6水平明显高于空白组(P<0.01),各治疗组血清中TC,LDL,TNF-,αIL-6水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05),各治疗组之间比较差异无统计意义。结论穴位贴敷心痛宁贴膏可降低冠心病心肌缺血大鼠血清TC,LDL水平和TNF-,αIL-6含量。
Objective To observe the influence of Xintongning Adhesive Plaster on the level of TC, LDL, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats with myocardial ischemia. Methods 50 Wistar rats in health were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Chinese herbal medicine group, adhesive plaster 1 group and adhesive plaster 2 group,and each group had 10 rats. All rats were fed with high fatty forage for 60 days and injected Vitamin D3of 6 ×10^5 IU/kg in the abdominal cavity except blank group. On the first and the fourth day after feeding,rats of the groups were injected Pit of 2 U/kg in subcutaneous tissue by many points to make rat models with myocardial ischemia. After they were injected Pit, all rats were given different treatments for 8 days,then determined the contents of TC, LDL,TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats. Results The levels of TC, LDL, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats in model group were significantly higher than blank group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the levels of TC, LDL, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats in each treating groups were significantly lower than model group（ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no remarkable differenee among each treating groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Xintongning Adhesive Plaster can decrease the levels of TC, LDL, TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of rats with myocardial ischemia.
