摘要:目的测定4种甘肃特色中药材中金属元素含量,为其安全性评价、质量控制提供科学依据。方法收集甘肃省陇南市宕昌县八力镇5个村种植的黄芪、党参、大黄、当归,采用火焰原子吸收和原子荧光技术测定药材中常见的金属元素含量,运用单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数分析药材中重金属污染程度,并对重金属元素进行靶标危害系数(THQ)和致癌风险(CR)评估。结果八力镇种植的中药材中各元素含量丰缺不一,其中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)元素的平均含量均低于《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》2020年版的规定及其他国家和组织所制定的限量标准。单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数表明,4种中药材中重金属元素含量均为安全级。THQ评估表明,除黄芪中As元素含量略存在危害外,其余重金属均无健康风险。CR评估表明,八力镇5个村种植的4种中药材均无CR。结论八力镇所种植的4种中药材中重金属元素含量较低,但仍需注意药材种植过程中重金属的累积,以保证临床用药安全。
Objective To determine the metal element content in four distinctive Chinese medicinal materials from Gansu Province,providing a scientific basis for their safety evaluation and quality control.Methods Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Rheum palmatum,and Angelica sinensis cultivated in five villages of Bali Town,Tanchang County,Longnan City,Gansu Province,were collected.Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS)and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(AFS)were employed to measure common metal elements.The pollution levels of heavy metals were analyzed using the single-factor pollution index and Nemerow composite pollution index,while Target Hazard Quotient(THQ)and Carcinogenic Risk(CR)assessments were conducted for health risk evaluation.Results The contents of detected elements varied among the medicinal materials.The average levels of copper(Cu),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg),and lead(Pb)were lower than the limits specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I)2020 edition and other international standards.Both the single-factor and Nemerow composite pollution indices indicated that heavy metal contents in the four medicinal materials were within safe levels.THQ assessment suggested that only As in Astragalus membranaceus posed a minor health risk,while other heavy metals showed no hazards.CR evaluation confirmed no carcinogenic risk in the four medicinal materials from all five villages.Conclusion The heavy metal content in the four medicinal materials from Bali Town is relatively low.However,attention should be paid to potential heavy metal accumulation during cultivation to ensure clinical medication safety.
