摘要：肠道菌群与中医理论中“脾”的生理功能密切相关,肠道菌群失调和中医脾失健运互为因果,越来越多的研究表明肠道微生物在调节脾气虚中的重要作用,为脾气虚证的研究提供了新的思路。近年来诸多研究表明中医药通过调节肠道菌群结构及丰度从而改善、恢复紊乱的肠道菌群。本文从脾气虚证与肠道菌群失调的联系、健脾益气中药调节肠道菌群的研究现状两个方面就近年来中医药与肠道菌群的研究进行综述,为系统阐明脾气虚证与肠道菌群的关系、探讨中医药治疗肠道菌群紊乱的可能机制提供参考。
Intestinal flora is closely related to the physiological function of Pi(脾)in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Intestinal flora imbalance and Pishijianyun(脾失健运)in TCM have causality.More and more studies have demonstrated that intestinal microorganisms play an important role in regulating Piqixu(脾气虚),which sheds light on the study of this syndrome.As revealed by recent studies,TCM alleviates the intestinal flora imbalance by regulating the structure and abundance of intestinal flora.This paper reviewed current studies concerning the relationship between Piqixu(脾气虚)syndrome and intestinal flora imbalance and the regulatory effects of Jianpi(健脾)Yiqi(益气)Chinese herbs on intestinal flora,so as to provide preference for further figuring out their correlation and the mechanism of Jianpi(健脾)Yiqi(益气)Chinese herbs in relieving intestinal flora imbalance.
