摘要：高龄外阴纤维上皮性息肉切除术患者的围手术期护理常面临疼痛、感染、焦虑等多重挑战。本文总结1例72岁女性患者因外阴肿物伴感染接受切除术的护理过程,患者病程长达10年,术前肿物增大并形成脓肿。护理采用中西医结合理念,术前以中药外敷、悬灸、电刺激联合抗炎药物镇痛,术中注重隐私保护并通过音乐干预缓解紧张情绪,术后加强伤口熏洗、红外照射、情志调摄、并发症预防及个体化饮食管理。该整体护理模式对缓解患者痛苦、促进康复具有实际参考价值。
Perioperative nursing for elderly patients undergoing resection of vulva fibroepithelial polyps faces multiple challenges including pain,infection and anxiety.This paper summarizes the nursing process of a 72-year-old female patient who underwent resection due to a vulvar mass accompanied by infection.The patient had a disease course of up to 10 years,with preoperative enlargement of the mass and abscess formation.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted in nursing.Preoperatively,traditional Chinese medicine external application,suspended moxibustion and electrical stimulation combined with anti-inflammatory drugs were used for analgesia.Intraoperatively,privacy protection and music intervention were emphasized to relieve tension.Postoperatively,strengthened wound fumigation and washing,infrared irradiation,emotional regulation,complication prevention and individualized diet management were provided.This holistic nursing model has practical reference value for relieving patients'pain and promoting rehabilitation.
