摘要:目的:比较甘肃岷县、礼县、渭源、临夏不同产地当归对乙酰苯肼溶血性血虚小鼠的干预作用。方法:建立乙酰苯肼溶血性血虚模型,给予当归水煎液[1.56 g/(kg·d)]22天后,检测外周血红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、红细胞膜钠-钾-ATP酶(Na+-K+-ATP)和钙-镁-ATP酶(Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP)活性,并观察肝脏指数(LI)、脾脏指数(SI)、胸腺指数(TI)的变化。结果:与模型组比较,岷县当归能提高RBC、HGB、HCT降低WBC、PLT(P<0.05),临夏当归能提高HGB、HCT降低WBC、PLT(P<0.05),渭源当归能提高HGB、HCT降低PLT(P<0.05),礼县当归能降低PLT(P<0.05);岷县当归能提高Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05),礼县当归能提高Na+-K+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05),临夏当归能提高Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性(P<0.05);甘肃产各当归均能降低LI(P<0.05),有降低SI的趋势,岷县、礼县、渭源当归能升高TI(P<0.05)。结论:甘肃当归[1.56 g/(kg·d)]具有明显改善乙酰苯肼溶血性血虚小鼠外周血象相关指标,提高红细胞膜ATP活性,降低肝脾指数,升高胸腺指数的作用,综合比较岷县当归作用较强。
Objective: To compare the intervention of DangGui(Angelica sinensis) of Minxian, Lixian,Weiyuan, Linxia of Gansu province on mice models with acetyl phenyl hydrazine-induced hemolytic blood-deficiency.Methods: The model with acetyl phenyl hydrazine-induced hemolytic blood-deficiency was established and given DangGui water decoction [1.56 g/(kg·d)] for 22 days, to detect red blood cells(RBC), hemoglobin(HGB), hematocrit(HCT), white blood cells(WBC), platelet(PLT), the activity of Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme in red cell membrane, and observe the changes of liver index(LI), spleen index(SI) and thymus index(TI).Results: Compared with the model group, Minxian Danggui could raise RBC, HGB and HCT but decrease WBC and PLT(P〈0.05), Linxia Danggui could increase HGB and HCT but lower WBC and PLT(P〈0.05), Weiyuan Danggui could increase HGB and HCT, but decrease PLT(P〈0.05), Lixian Danggui could decrease PLT(P〈0.05);Minxian Danggui could improve the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme and Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme(P〈0.05), Lixian Danggui could improve the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme(P〈0.05), Linxia Danggui could improve the activity of Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP enzyme(P〈0.05); Gansu Danggui could lower LI(P〈0.05), showing the tendency of decreasing SI,Minxian, Lixian and Weiyuan Danggui could increase TI(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Gansu Danggui [1.56 g/(kg·d)]could improve the related indexes in peripheral blood of mice with acetyl phenyl hydrazine-induced hemolytic blood-deficiency obviously, improve the activity of ATP in red blood cell membrane eividently, decrease liver and spleen indexes and increase TI, and Minxian Danggui shows the strongest function comprehensively.
