摘要：突发性耳聋[1]是指不明原因的状况下突然发生的感音神经性听力损失,常与耳鸣伴发存在,甚者伴有眩晕,为耳鼻喉科常见急症之一。中医认为本病包括实证与虚证两种,实证可概括为肝胆火盛型、痰火郁结型,虚证为肾精亏虚和中气不足型,其治疗本病从整体出发,通过脏腑调节机体疾病,并针对病因病机对症治疗,临床疗效显著。而西医理论认为[2],突发性耳聋发病主要与内耳血液循环障碍或病毒感染相关,其治疗本病主要是扩张微血管、改善循环、抗病毒治疗为主,疗效并不明显。本文检索了目前针灸疗法治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究文献,发现本病的治疗主要是通过对肝经、胆经、三焦经、肾经上的腧穴及局部相关穴位的刺激,通过普通针刺,配合艾灸、药物、穴位注射,或使用微针、温针等针灸综合疗法,达到调和气血、改善耳周循环、改善听力的目的,发现针灸综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋效果颇著。
Sudden deafness[1]refers to the sudden occurrence of sensorineural hearing loss in the condition of unknown cause,it is often accompanied by tinnitus,even accompanied by dizziness,which is one of the common emergencies in otolaryngology.TCM holds that it included empirical and deficiency syndrome,the empirical can be summarized as liver fire,phlegm fire within,deficiency of kidney essence and insufficient qi type,treatment of the disease starts from the overall evaluation and treatments include regulating the body of the viscera in view of the etiology and pathogenesis of symptomatic treatment,the clinical curative effect is distinct.And western medicine theory holds that[2]the onset of sudden deafness is mainly related to the inner ear blood circulation obstacle or virus infection,the treatment of the disease is mainly to expand capillaries and to improve circulation,and antiviral treatment is given priority to,the curative effect is not obvious.This article retrieves the current literature of acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness,and finds that the treatment of the disease is mainly through the liver meridian,gallbladder meridian,sanjiao meridian,kidney meridian acupoints and the stimulation of local related points,through the common acupuncture,moxibustion and drugs,acupuncture point injection,or the use of such as temperature,micro needle acupuncture therapy to reconcile blood,improve periotic circulation,improve the hearing,which confirms the significant effect of acupuncture combined therapy in treating sudden deafness.
