摘要:通过历代本草、方书、医籍的收集整理并结合现代书籍、文献资料,对羌活的名称、基原、产地分布、性味、毒性和功能主治进行本草考证,对其古今炮制沿革进行梳理,为羌活的临床应用、炮制规范及基础研究提供参考。经考证可知,羌活入药记载于《神农本草经》,是作为独活的异名出现的。梁时期独活、羌活药材开始区分并非一物。羌活与独活在临床上开始区分始于唐代,《新修本草》在应用上将二者明显区分,但是仍将羌活附在独活下。从明代《本草品汇精要》开始将羌活与独活明确区分。古籍记载羌活多炮制入药,炮制方法多样,有切制、米泔水浸、焙炒、酒洗、面炒、淫羊藿拌蒸、蜜炒法等。现行国家标准和地方规范,均仅收录其生品。
Through the collection and collation of historical herbals,prescriptions and medical books,and combining with modern books and documents,the name,origin,origin distribution,the sexual flavour,toxicity and main functions of Notopterygium inchum were texted,and the ancient and modern processing history of Notopterygium inchum was summarized,so as to provide reference for clinical application,processing standard and basic research of Notopterygium inchum. According to textual research,Notopterygium inchum living medicine was recorded in the Shennong Materia Medica Classic,it appeared as a synonym of Angelica pubescens. In the Liang Dynasty,Angelica pubescens and Notopterygium inchum began to differentiate. The clinical differentiation of Notopterygium inchum and Angelica pubescens began in Tang Dynasty,Xinxiu Bencao made a clear distinction between the two in its application,however,it still attached Notopterygium inchum to Angelica pubescens. From the Ming Dynasty,the "Bencao Pin Hui Jingyao" began to distinguish Notopterygium inchum and Angelica pubescens living clearly. Ancient books recorded that Notopterygium inchum processed medicine with various processing methods,there were cutting,soaking rice swill,roasting,washing with wine,stir fried noodles,steaming with Epimedium,stir-frying with honey,etc. Current national standards and local norms,are only included in its raw products.
