摘要:目的研究藏药黑果枸杞水煎液对运动疲劳小鼠的影响。方法按体重将小鼠随机分为5组:低、中、高3个剂量实验组(黑果枸杞:3,6,12 mg·g^(-1)),对照组(红牛0.02 m L·g^(-1))和空白组(蒸馏水0.02 m L·g^(-1)),每组40只,连续灌胃给药30 d。末次给药1 h后,采取负重(体重的4%)在(25±2)℃水中游泳40 min,造成疲劳,通过力竭游泳建立小鼠疲劳模型。通过试剂盒法测定肌糖原和肝糖原;以全自动生化仪测定泳前、泳后即刻和泳后恢复30 min后小鼠血糖、血清尿素氮、乳酸等生化指标。结果与空白组的力竭游泳时间为(2.98±0.56)h相比,中、高2个剂量实验组分别为(3.94±0.61),(4.37±0.72)h,实验组可显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白组的血糖、血清尿素氮、乳酸含量分别为(6.33±1.35),(8.92±0.14),(10.27±1.45)mmol·L^(-1)相比,高剂量实验组泳后恢复30 min,还可明显增加小鼠血糖含量(8.15±1.28)mmol·L^(-1),降低血清尿素氮水平(7.04±1.34)mmol·L^(-1),减少乳酸(7.05±0.47)mmol·L^(-1)的产生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论藏药黑果枸杞对小鼠运动疲劳有一定的缓解作用。
Objective To study the effect of Lycium ruthenicum decoction( LRD) on exercise fatigue in mice. Methods The mice were divided into five groups: low,medium and high dose experimental groups( LRD: 3,6,12 mg·g^-1),control group( Hongniu: 0. 02 m L·g^-1) and blank group( water: 0. 02 m L · g^-1). Each group had 40 mice. The fatigue model of mice was established by exhaustive swimming,continuous administration of 30 d,after the last administration of 1 h,take a weight( 4%) in the water of the( 25 ± 2) ℃ swimming for 40 min. The time of exhaustive swimming was determined. The muscle glycogen and liver glycogen were measured by test kit. The differences of blood glucose,serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid at the time of before and after 30 min on swimming were tested by full automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Compared with the blank group( 2. 98 ± 0. 56) h on exhaustive swimming time,middle dose and high dose experimental groups were( 3. 94 ± 0. 61),( 4. 37 ± 0. 72) h,could significantly prolong the swimming time( P〈0. 05). Compared with the blank group on blood glucose,serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid content were( 6. 33 ± 1. 35),( 8. 92 ±0. 14),( 10. 27 ± 1. 45) mmol·L^-1,respectively. The high dose experimental group on restore 30 min after swimming can significantly increase blood sugar content( 8. 15 ± 1. 28) mmol · L^-1,decreasedserum urea nitrogen level( 7. 04 ± 1. 34) mmol ·L^-1,reduce lactic acid( 7. 05 ± 0. 47) mmol·L^-1production with significantly( P〈0. 05). Conclusion LRD could relieve the fatigue in exercise mice.
