摘要：溃疡性结肠炎是目前研究的难点与重点,由于该病迁延易于反复,西医治疗多采取的是对症治疗。近些年临床研究报道中医治疗此病存在优势,其中参苓白术散是被应用于治疗此病最广的一个方剂。从单纯中医方剂治疗、中医灌肠治疗、中西医结合治疗、中医方剂联合应用治疗、中医联合其他方法治疗、在本方剂干预作用下的微观环境研究等方面进行总结,发现参苓白术散治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,应用广泛,以各种方式应用于临床。另外,基础研究发现在参苓白术散的干预作用下,其可以调节溃疡性结肠炎机体的炎症因子、基因蛋白的表达,这也许能为揭示溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制提供一定的帮助。
The study of UC is an emphasis and difficulty thing in recent years. Because of the easy relapse, the western medicine treatment of this disease mainly adopts symptomatic treatment. The clinical study reports that TCM has ad- vantages in treating this disease. Shenling Baizhu Decoction is widely used. From the simple prescription treatment, the enema treatment by TCM, the combined Western and TCM treatment, TCM prescriptions combined treatment, the study of micro - environment on the intervention of this prescription and so on, this paper summarized and found the curative effect was definite and widely used, in a variety of ways used in clinic. In addition, the basic study found that under the intervention of this prescription, it can regulate the UC body＇s inflammatory, gene and protein expression and may provide a certain help to reveal the pathogenesis of this disease.
