摘要:糖类化合物(单糖、寡糖和多糖)是自然界生物体内存在最广泛的物质之一,与核酸、蛋白质、脂质等构成生命活动的基本物质。多糖类成分是中药中重要的有效物质,已在免疫调节、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗衰老和降血脂等方面展示出显著的药理活性。近年来,中药多糖降血脂作用的研究引起国内外学者高度关注并取得重要进展。本文综述了近年来国内外对中药多糖降血脂作用机制的研究进展,并对中药多糖应用于高血脂治疗的前景进行了展望,以期为进一步开发以中药多糖为来源的中药新药提供参考。
Carbohydrates(monosaccharide,oligosaccharide and polysaccharide)are one of the most widely existed substances in organisms in nature,which constitute the basic substances of the life activities with nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids.Polysaccharides are important effective substances in traditional Chinese medicine,which have shown remarkable pharmacological activities,including immune regulation,antiviral,anti-tumor,anti-radiation,anti-aging and lipid lowering effect.In recent years,the lipid-lowering effect of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine has attracted a great attention and interest of domestic and foreign scholars and some important progress has been made.This paper reviewed the research progress on the lipid-lowering effect of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine and its mechanism in recent years,so as to provide reference for the further development of new drugs from traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides.
