摘要：目的:观察骨痨愈康丸联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例门诊及住院患者按数字表法随机分为两组,治疗组30例采取骨痨愈康丸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗,对照组30例采取柳氮磺胺吡啶片单独治疗,两组均治疗2个月。观察和比较治疗前后两组中医证候积分,脊柱痛(VAS),巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI),患者总体评价(PGA),巴氏强直性脊柱炎活动指数(BASDAI)及症状和体征变化,血沉(ESR),C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并进行疗效及安全性评价。结果:治疗组有效率为89.3%,对照组有效率为70.4%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后BASFI、BASDAI、中医证候积分及指地距、PGA、脊柱痛均较本组治疗前有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后优于对照组同期(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组ESR、CRP与对照组同期比较显著下降(P<0.05);且未见明显不良反应。结论:骨痨康愈丸联合西药治疗AS的疗效肯定,优于单用西药对照组,且无明显不良反应,具有广阔的应用前景,适合AS患者临床推广使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the Gulao Yukang Pills combined use of western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods： Sixty outpatients and hospitalized patients were divided into treatment group and control group at random. Treatment group 30 cases were treated with the combination of the Gulao Yukang Pills and the Sulfasalazine Tablets, the other 30 cases in the control group were treated with Sulfasalazine Tablets alone. Both groups were treated for two months. The two groups of TCM syndromes before and after treatment was observed and the syndrome score was also compared. There were some evaluation index of curative effect of ankylosing spondylitis, such as, spinal column pain（VAS）, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index（BASFI）, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index（BASDAI）, Overall evaluation of patients（PGA）, signs and symptoms change, ESR（ESR） and C-reactive protein（CRP） levels. In addition, the safety was evaluated. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%, and that of the control group was 70.4%, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Compared to before treatment, the scores of BASFI, BASDAI, TCM syndrome and distance, PGA and spinal pain were improved in the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the ESR, CRP of treatment group decreased significantly, compared to control group（P〈0.05）; There were no obvious adverse effects. Conclusion： It is effective of combination the Gulao Yukang Pills combined with western medicine in the treatment of AS, and the curative effect is better than only use of western medicine and no obvious side effects in combination. This method has a broad application prospect and is suitable for the clinical application of AS patients.
