摘要：随着我国老龄化进程日渐加快,中老年人罹患缺血性中风的比例逐年上升,加之本病具有高致残率、后遗症明显、恢复缓慢等特点,对患者及家庭的正常生活造成沉重地负担。运用中医药辨证施治本病优势可见。吾师裴正学教授在多年临床经验的基础上,运用地黄饮子合冠心Ⅱ号加减治疗痰瘀阻络型缺血性中风(恢复期),疗效确切。
With the accelerated process of aging in China, the proportion of ischemic apoplexy in middle-aged and elderly is increasing year by year. Ischemic apoplexy is a disease with high prevalence, high fatality rate and high disability rate, which has a serious effect on the normal life of patients and families. TCM syndrome differentiation has its unique advantages. On the basis of many years of clinical experience, Professor Pei Zhengxue has used the experience to treat the phlegm stasis and ischemic stroke（recovery period）, and the curative effect is accurate.
