摘要：查阅相关文献,从酶辅助提取中药有效成分和酶联用技术辅助提取中药有效成分2个方面概述了中药有效成分提取中常用的酶及酶联用技术的种类及作用机制,分析了酶及酶联用技术在中药有效成分提取中的优势及存在的问题,为中药有效成分的提取研究提供参考。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the enzymes assisted and the types and mechanism of enzyme assisted coupling technique commonly used in the extraction of active ingredient from Chinese materia medica from the 2 aspects of its extraction by enzyme and enzyme coupling technique,and analyzes the advantages and existing problems of enzyme and enzyme coupling technique in the extraction,aiming at providing a reference for the extraction of active ingredient from Chinese materia medica.
