摘要:本文应用血气分析仪测定分析了红芪对油酸致肺损伤大鼠P(A-a)DO2变化的影响,应用电子显微镜观察了其气-血屏障超微结构的变化。结果:红芪能减少油酸型RDS大鼠P(A-a)DO2,维持肺有效的摄氧功能;能保护肺泡上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞,使气体通过气-血屏障的弥散基本正常。本文为红芪治疗RDS提供了理论依据。
ith blood-gas analysis instrument and electronic microscope. effects of Redix Hedysari on changes ofAlveolar-arterial oxygen gradient [P(A-a)DO) and blood-air barrier in rats with experimental respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) induced by oleic acid were observed. The results showed that Hedysari could reduce P(A-a)DO in RDSo f rats .maintaining the assimilating function of the lung .and protect the pulmonary alveolar cell and capillary epithelium cell. remaining normal structure of the bind-air barrier. The present study provided scientific proof for the treatment of Hedysari on RDS.
