摘要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,主要表现为长期气流受限和呼吸困难。气道黏蛋白过度生成是COPD的主要危险因素,与肺功能降低有关。黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)是气道上皮的主要黏蛋白,其异常表达会阻塞气道,降低肺功能,促进COPD的发展。MUC5AC的异常产生和分泌涉及多种途径,NF-κB、PI3K/Akt、EGFR、IL-13/STAT6/SPDEF、p38MAPK通路均与MUC5AC的生成密切相关。中药复方和中药有效化合物具有抗炎、调节黏液作用,对黏蛋白的异常表达具有调节作用。本文就上述信号通路与MUC5AC的关系、抑制MUC5AC产生的中药复方和中药有效化合物做一综述,以期为治疗COPD提供一些思路。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by long-term airflow restriction and difficulty in breathing.Airway mucin overproduction is a major risk factor for COPD and is associated with reduced lung function.Mucin 5AC(MUC5AC)is the main mucin in the airway epithelium.Abnormal mucin expression obstructs the airway,reduces lung function and promotes the occurrence and development of COPD.Abnormal production and secretion of MUC5AC are involved in various pathways,NF-κB,PI3K/AKT,EGFR,IL-13/STAT6/SPDEF and p38MAPK pathways are closely associated with the production of MUC5AC.Traditional Chinese medicine formulas and effective compounds have anti-inflammatory and mucus regulating effects,as well as regulatory effects on abnormal expression of mucin.This article reviews the relationship between the above signaling pathways and MUC5AC,the natural inhibitors that inhibit the production of MUC5AC,and effective compounds of Chinese medicine,in order to provide some ideas for the treatment of COPD.
