摘要:目的评价"参与共治"模式在规范护生临床安全实践中的效果。方法将108名实习护生采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各54名。对照组采取常规临床带教管理方法;干预组在常规临床带教管理方法的基础上联合"参与共治"模式,具体包括案例学习、临床操作训练、成立护理安全工作观察小组。干预时间为9月,9月后比较2组护生干预前后的护理安全知识水平,护理不良事件、锐器伤及医疗纠纷事件发生率,手卫生知晓率及依从率。结果干预后,干预组护生的护理安全知识水平明显高于对照组,护理不良事件、锐器伤及因护理不良事件导致的医疗纠纷事件的发生率均明显低于对照组,手卫生知晓率及依从率均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在护生临床带教过程中应用"参与共治"模式,可有效提高护生对护理安全知识的认知,规范护生的安全行为,从而保障患者及护生的安全,避免因护理不良事件导致的医疗纠纷事件的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effects of "participation and co-governance"mode in clinical safety practice of nursing students. Methods Totally 108 nursing students in internship were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table,with 54 in each. The control group received routine clinical teaching management. The intervention group combined with the mode of "participation and cogovernance"on the basis of routine clinical teaching management,specifically including case study,clinical practice training,establishment of the observation group on nursing safety. The intervention time was 9 months,then knowledge level of nursing safety,nursing adverse events,sharp instrument injury,incidence of medical disputes,awareness rate and compliance rate of hand hygiene of the nursing students in the two groups before and after intervention were compared after 9 months. Results After the intervention,the knowledge levels of nursing safety of nursing students in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the incidence of nursing adverse events,sharp instrument injury,medical disputes caused by nursing adverse events were significantly lower than those of the control group,awareness rate and compliance rate of hand hygiene were both significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Participation and co-governance mode can be used in the clinical teaching process of nursing students,which can effectively improve nursing students’ awareness of nursing safety knowledge and standardize their safety behaviors,thus it ensures the safety of patients and nursing students and avoids medical disputes caused by nursing adverse events.
