摘要：膝骨关节炎是现今临床上常见的一种慢性骨关节疾病,以膝关节的疼痛、活动受限为主要临床表现。中医保守治疗膝骨关节炎以针灸、推拿、功能锻炼、小针刀等方法为主,具有疼痛小、疗效显著、不良反应少等优势,深受广大患者信任,笔者通过广泛阅读中医保守疗法治疗膝骨关节炎相关文献,将近年来关于中医保守治疗膝骨关节炎相关研究进行综述,旨在为临床应用及深入研究提供依据。
Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical chronic bone and joint disease,with pain and limitation of movement of the knee joint as the main clinical manifestations.Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used in the conservative treatment of knee osteoarthritis,such as acupuncture,massage,functional exercise,small needle knife and so on.It has the advantages of less pain,remarkable curative effect and less adverse reactions,and is deeply trusted by the majority of patients,By extensively reading the literature related to the conservative therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,the author reviews the relevant research on the conservative treatment of knee osteoarthritis in recent years,in order to provide a basis for clinical application and in-depth research.
