摘要：首先确定了兰州区域科技创新评价体系的影响因素权重,然后通过构建的量化模型进行模糊评价,最后对模型层次求解,旨在为兰州区域科技创新评价体系的构建提供决策依据。
This essay determines the weight of affecting factors in Lanzhou regional innovation evaluation system first,and has a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by constructive quantitative models,lastly solve value of the level of evaluation model.It aims to provide decision-making basis for solving the problem of Lanzhou regional science and technology innovation evaluation system.
