摘要：目的:观察铺灸疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将63例患者随机分为铺灸组(32例)、单纯针刺组(31例)。铺灸组采用腹部中脘到关元与背部肝俞到大肠俞为铺灸部位;针刺组穴取:天枢、气海、脾俞、胃俞、大肠俞、上巨虚、中脘、关元、肝俞,行平补平泻手法。观察两组的疗效。结果:铺灸与单纯针刺对D-IBS患者均有明显的治疗作用,两组比较P>0.05,从治疗后症状改善的情况和安全无创伤方面观察,铺灸组的治疗作用优于单纯针刺组。结论:铺灸能更加有效安全的提高腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗效果。
Objective：To observe spread moxibustion treatment for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods：Sixty three cases were randomly divided into a spread moxibustion group（n= 32） and a simple acupuncture group（n= 31）.The spread moxibustion group was treated with herb partitioned spread moxibustion at abdomen region from Zhongwan to Guanyuan and back region from Ganshu to Dachangshu;the simple acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on Tianshu,Qihai,Pishu,Weishu,Dachangshu,Shangjuxu,Zhangwan,Guanyuan,Ganshu,no fill and no deficiency.Observe curative effects of two groups.Results：Moxibustion and simple acupuncture for patients with D-IBS had obvious treatment effects（P〉0.05）.The symptoms improved after treatment situation and security without trauma observation.Therapeutic effects of spread moxibustion group was better than that of simple acupuncture group.Conclusion：Spread moxibustion can more effectively improve the safety of treatment for diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.
