摘要:目的在体方法研究贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物(女贞子、黄芪等)抗肿瘤作用及免疫调节。方法建立Lewis肺癌荷瘤模型,运用贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物灌胃观察胸腺、脾脏质量及瘤质量的变化,灌胃治疗在处死荷瘤小鼠前眼球采血后采用流式细胞仪检测各组小鼠血清IL-2、TNF的水平。结果贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物高剂量组与模型对照组比较对荷瘤小鼠瘤质量有抑制作用,瘤质量减轻(P<0.05),中、低剂量组比较无统计学意义;贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物各组与模型对照组比较,高、中剂量组血清IL-2水平、胸腺指数高于模型组(P<0.05);脾脏指数、血清TNF水平贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物高剂量组与模型对照组比较有明显的升高(P<0.05),中、低剂量组与模型组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贞芪酪蛋白肽复合物有抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤作用可能与调节免疫功能有关。
AIM To observe the effects of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes(Ligustri lucidi Fructus,Astragali Radix,etc.) for anti-tumor and immunomodulatory.METHODS Mice models were established for Lewis lung tumor-bearing.Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes were administered by gavage and the changes of thymus,spleen weight and tumor weight were observed.Flow cytometry was used to detect mouse serum IL-2 and TNF in each group by extracting the eyeball blood before being euthanized.RESULTS Inhibitory rate of tumor growth in the high-dose group of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes was greater than that in the model control group and tumor weight decreased(P0.05).Difference was not observed in the low-dose and middle-dose groups of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes.Serum IL-2 levels and the thymus index in the high,middle-dose groups of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes were higher than those in the model control group(P0.05).The spleen index,serum TNF levels in high-dose group of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes were higher than those in the model control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the middle-dose and low-dose groups of Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes and the model control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Zhenqi Casein Peptide Complexes have anti-tumor effect due to immunomodulatory.
