摘要:运用问卷调查法和数理统计法等方法对我国西北地区中学体育教师教学效能感和职业认同现状的特征以及与北京、上海发达城市的差异比较进行研究.旨在使教育主管部门要通过各种途径对中学体育教师进行教学效能感和职业认同的定期总结,透过结果分析出具体的影响因素,以提高体育教师的工作实效性、积极性,拓宽体育教师的发展空间,全面保障学校的教育质量.
Using the methods of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the characteristics of teaching efficacy and professional identity of physical education teachers in the northwest area of China were studied, and the differences between Beijing and developed provinces in Shanghai province were studied. In order to make the education authorities should regularly summarize the teaching efficacy and occupation identity of middle school physical education teachers through a variety of ways, through the analysis of the results of the specific factors, in order to improve the effectiveness of the work, teachers’ enthusiasm, broaden the space for development of physical education teachers, guarantee the quality of education in schools.
