摘要：平山病(hirayama disease,HD)又称青少年上肢远端肌萎缩症,1959年由日本学者平山惠造(Keizo Hirayama)首次报道的一类具有自限性的良性运动神经元疾病。早期临床表现与脊髓性肌萎缩症(SMA)、肌萎缩型颈椎病(CSA)以及肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)等运动神经元疾病相似,但预后截然不同。文章报道甘肃省中医院脑病二科收治的1例平山病患者,并进行相关文献复习,旨在提高临床医生对该病的早期诊断和有效干预水平。
Hirayama disease(HD),also known as juvenile distal upper limb muscular atrophy,is a kind of self-limited benign motor neuron disease first reported by Japanese scholar Keizo Hirayama in 1959.Its early clinical manifestations are similar to motor neuron diseases such as spinal muscular atrophy(SMA),cervical spondylosis amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(CSA)and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS),but the prognosis is completely different.This paper reports a case of Hirayama’s disease admitted to the second Department of Encephalopathy of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and reviews the relevant literature in order to improve the early diagnosis and effective intervention of this disease.
