摘要：目的调查实习护生老年护理临床实习环境对其老化知识的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、老化知识量表和老年护理临床实习环境评价问卷对兰州市182名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生老化知识总分为(12.03±2.73)分,老年护理临床实习环境评价总分为(68.24±8.48)分;老年护理临床实习环境与老化知识呈正相关(r=0.540,P<0.01),分层回归显示,学历、与老年亲属联系频率、目标性和成就感是影响实习护生老化知识的主要因素。结论实习护生老化知识水平有待提高,对老年护理临床实习环境呈中度满意,老年护理临床实习环境影响护生老化知识,教育者和管理者可通过加强老年护理临床实习环境的管理来提升护生老化知识水平。
Objective To investigate the influence of clinical practice environment on the aging knowledge of nursing students.Methods A total of 182 nursing students in Lanzhou were investigated by the general data questionnaire,the Facts on Aging Quiz and geriatric nursing clinical practice environment evaluation questionnaire.Results The score of nursing students'knowledge of aging was(12.03±2.73),and the total score of clinical practice environment of geriatric nursing was(68.24±8.48).The relationship of clinical practice environment of geriatric nursing was positively correlated with knowledge of aging(r=0.540,P<0.01),stratified regression showed that educational background,frequency of contact with elderly relatives,purpose and sense of achievement in the clinical practice environment of geriatric nursing were the main factors affecting the aging knowledge of nursing students.Conclusion The aging knowledge level of nursing students'needs to be improved,and they are moderately satisfied with the geriatric nursing clinical practice environment.The geriatric nursing clinical practice environment affects the aging knowledge of nursing students.Educators and managers can improve the knowledge level of nursing students'aging by strengthening the management of geriatric nursing clinical practice environment.
