摘要:中医学认为胃癌发生的病机主要有本虚(脾胃)标实(痰浊郁阻)、寒热错杂、气机失调,半夏泻心汤具有健脾补虚、散结除痰、平调寒热之功,临床研究表明可有效改善放化疗及胃癌手术所致的胃肠道不良反应,实验研究表明其能够抑制Cyclin D1、Bcl-2、TERT和C-myc,促进PTEN和Bax的表达,发挥抗癌作用。BMSCs具有归巢特性及易于导入外源基因的特性,因此将与胃癌相关的外源癌基因导入BMSCs(促癌基因沉默、抑癌基因过表达),然后用导入外源基因的BMSCs与胃癌细胞进行非接触共培养并用半夏泻心汤进行干预,然后观察胃癌细胞的生物学特性变化,是中西医结合靶向治疗胃癌的重要策略。
According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the pathogenesis of gastric cancer mainly includes the foundation of spleen and stomach deficiency,and the standard of phlegm stagnation,the mixed cold and heat,and the disorder of Qi.Banxia Xiexin Decoction has the functions of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the deficiency,removing phlegm and calming the cold and heat.Clinical studies have shows that it can effectively improve the gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy,chemotherapy and gastric cancer operation;the experimental research shows that it can inhibit cyclin D1,Bcl-2,TERT and C-myc,promoting the expression of PTEN and Bax,which play an anti-cancer role.BMSCs have the characteristics of homing and easy introduction of foreign genes.Therefore,introduce exogenous oncogenes related to gastric cancer into BMSCs(oncogenic gene silencing,over-expression of tumor suppressor genes),and non-contact co-culture with the gastric cancer cells,then intervene with the Banxia Xiexin decoction,and observe the biology of gastric cancer changes in academic characteristics,which is an important strategy of integrated TCM and western medicine for targeted treatment of gastric cancer.
