摘要：通过列举贾斌教授应用补中益气汤治疗耳鸣、崩漏、汗证、脱肛、便秘、泄泻的典型病案,总结其灵活运用补中益气汤辨治疾病的经验。贾斌教授依照中医"异病同治"的原则,以补中益气汤为主方,随病证进行加减,治疗中医内、外、妇科多种疾病取得了令人满意的疗效,丰富和拓展了补中益气汤的临床应用范围。
The paper summarized professor JIA Bin＇ s experience in differentially treating tinnitus, metror-rhagia, sweating, prolapse of anus, constipation and diarrhea by using Buzhong Yiqi Tang. Following the principle of treating different diseases with same method, professor JIA used Buzhong Yiqi Tang as the main prescription and modified it according to the syndrome. The method has got satisfying effect in treating medical, surgical and gynae- cological diseases as well as enriched and expanded the decoction＇ s clinical application.
