摘要:目的观察增食灵口服液对幼龄鼠胃排空、血浆胃动素(MOT)、小肠推进的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为正常对照组、吗丁啉组及增食灵口服液大、中、小剂量组。分别用0.9%NaCl溶液及各组药物灌胃7d后,采用酚红法测定胃排空率,同时测定血浆MOT水平及小肠碳末推进率。结果增食灵口服液大、中剂量组的胃排空均显著快于正常对照组(P<0.05);除吗丁啉组和增食灵口服液小剂量组外,其余各用药组的血浆MOT含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);增食灵口服液各组碳末推进率均高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论增食灵口服液能显著促进胃排空,提高血浆MOT,促进小肠推进,且与剂量大小相关。
Objective To investigate the influence of Zengshiling oral liquid on gastric emptying, plasma motilin (MOT) and small intestine propulsion of young rat. Methods Experiment animal were divided into five groups randomly: control group, large dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, normal dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, small dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group and Motilium group. The rats were gavaged by 0.9% of NaCl and corresponding drug. 7 days later, gastric emptying was assayed by phenol red, plasma MOT levels and carbon powder propelling rate of small intestine were also assayed. Results The rate of gastric emptying of Zengshiling oral liquid groups were significantly higher than control group (P 〈0.05). Except the Motilium group and the small dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, the MOT content in other groups were notably higher than control group (P 〈0.05). The carbon powder propelling rate of Zengshiling oral liquid groups were significantly higher than control group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion Zengshiling oral liquid can obviously promote the rate of gastric emptying, raise the level of plasma MOT, and promote the small intestine propulsion of young rats. Its effect is related to the dosage.
