摘要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临证经验总结出蝉蜕具有以下临床应用特点:汤剂剂量范围为1.5~25 g,临床常用剂量3~10 g;丸、散剂用量范围为0.03~8.88 g。结合疾病、证型及症状选择最佳剂量,如疏散风热、利咽用3~15 g;明目退翳常用6~10 g;散热透疹用1.5~15 g;发汗祛风,化痰通络,蝉蜕入汤剂常用6~15 g,入散剂常用1.5 g;解痉通络,常用10~25 g,散剂用量6.66~8.88 g;祛邪固本常用10~15 g,散风解表治疗时感高热急危症,入丸剂常用0.03~0.2 g。根据所治疗疾病的不同,蝉蜕有不同的配伍药物,如疏散风热、利咽时常配伍僵蚕、葶苈子等;明目退翳时常配伍丹参等;散热透疹常配伍荆芥等;发汗祛风,化痰通络常配伍川芎等;解痉通络常配伍全蝎;祛邪固本常配伍乌梅等;散风解表常配伍大黄等。
Through collecting the clinical application experience of ancient medical books and modern physicians,it is concluded that cicada slough has the following characteristics:Its clinical dosage range in decoction is 1.5-25 g,and its usual dosage is 3-10 g,while the dosage range in pills or powders is 0.03-8.88 g.Its optimal dosage should be selected according to the different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for dispelling wind-heat and relieving sore throat 3-15 g is commonly used.For improving eyesight and relieving nebula 6-10 g is usually used.When used for clearing heat and promoting eruption 1.5-15 g of cicada slough can be used.For sweating,expelling wind,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals 6-15 g is usually used in decoction or 1.5g in powders.For relieving spasm and dredging collaterals 10-25 g is commonly used or 6.66-8.88 g in powders.For eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the vital qi 10-15 g is commonly used.For dispelling wind to relieve superficies syndromes 0.03-0.2 g is usually used in pills.Cicada slough can be combined with corresponding medicines according to the different diseases to be treated.For example,it is compatible with stiff silkworm,tansymustard seed,etc.,for dispelling wind-heat and relieving sore throat.For improving eyesight and relieving nebula,it is often compatible with danshen root,etc.For clearing heat and promoting eruption it is often compatible with fineleaf schizonepeta herb,etc.It is often compatible with Sichuan lovage rhizome for sweating,expelling wind,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.For relieving spasm and dredging collaterals,it is compatible with scorption,etc.For eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the vital qi,it is compatible with smoked plum,etc.For dispelling wind to relieve an exterior syndrome,it is compatible with rhubarb root and rhizome,etc.
