摘要:目的建立小黄姜药材的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱,并评价其质量。方法色谱柱为Waters CORTECS T_(3)柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为0.35 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为1μL。以6-姜辣素峰为参照峰,建立14批样品的UPLC叠加指纹图谱,确定共有峰,并采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)进行相似度评价。结果共确定9个共有峰,相似度均大于0.94,共指认出峰2、峰3、峰5分别为6-姜辣素、8-姜酚、10-姜酚。结论所建立的UPLC指纹图谱可为小黄姜药材的质量评价提供参考。
Objective To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)fingerprint of Globba racemosa,and to evaluate the quality of Globba racemosa.Methods The chromatographic column was Waters CORTECS T_(3) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(gradient elution),the flow rate was 0.35 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 1μL.With 6-gingerol peak as a reference peak,UPLC overlapped fingerprints of 14 batches of samples were established to identify common peaks,and similarity evaluation was performed by the Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2012 Version).Results Nine common peaks were identified,with similarity>0.94,and peaks 2,3,and 5 were identified as 6-gingerol,8-gingerol,and 10-gingerol,respectively.Conclusion The established UPLC fingerprint can provide a reference for the quality evaluation of Globba racemosa medicinal material.
