摘要：目的基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗纤维肌痛综合征的选穴规律。方法检索建库至2022年5月31日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed等数据库中针灸治疗纤维肌痛综合征的文献,筛选穴位处方,运用SPSS Statistics 24.0及SPSS modeler 18.0软件进行数据分析。结果共筛选出文献92篇,提取穴位处方116首,涉及腧穴129个,其中使用频次排名前五的穴位为阿是穴、三阴交、足三里、合谷、太冲,归经以膀胱经、督脉为主,特定穴多用五输穴、交会穴、背俞穴。合谷-三阴交组合关联性最强,通过聚类分析可将腧穴分为4类。结论针灸治疗纤维肌痛综合征重在疏肝健脾、通阳调神,挖掘出的核心穴组、穴方可供临床化裁运用。
Objective To analyze the rule of acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome based on data mining.Methods The literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed and PubMed databases(until 31st May,2022),and the acupoint prescriptions were screened.The data were analyzed with SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 software.Results A total of 92 literatures were screened,116 acupoint prescriptions were extracted,and 129 acupoints were involved.The top five acupoints used most frequently were Aashi,Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Hegu(LI4),Taichong(LR3)and other acupoints were used most frequently.Bladder meridian and Governor meridian were the main meridians,and Wushu,Jiaohui and Beishu acupoints were commonly used for specific acupoints.Hegu-Sanyinjiao combination has the strongest correlation,and acupoints can be divided into 4 categories by cluster analysis.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome focuses on soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen,activating yang and regulating the spirit.The core acupoints and formulas can be used in clinical practice.
