摘要：目的:评价中国式卫生健康现代化水平,探索省域卫生健康现代化均衡及高质量发展新路径。方法:基于空间计量模型,对2022年省域卫生健康现代化水平进行评价与分析。结果:我国省域卫生健康现代化水平总指数呈显著空间负相关性,全国总指数得分为0.5430,东部地区得分为0.5787,中部地区得分为0.5314,西部地区得分为0.5180;人口结构、卫生资源、环境、教育、政策及创新因素对省域卫生健康现代化水平的影响显著。结论:省域卫生健康现代化均衡及高质量发展的路径:一是强化政策适宜性与灵活性,推动区域协调发展;二是优化医疗卫生资源布局,应对省域“虹吸现象”;三是依托新质生产力创新驱动,赋能高质量发展。
Objective To evaluate the level of Chinese path to health modernization,and explore the new path of provincial balanced and high-quality development of health modernization.Methods Based on the spatial measurement model,the level of provincial health modernization in 2022 was evaluated and analyzed.Results The total index of provincial health modernization level in China showed significant negative spatial correlation,with the national total index score of 0.5430,the score of 0.5787 in the eastern region,the score of 0.5314 in the central region,and the score of 0.5180 in the western region.The demographic structure,health resources,the environment,education,policies,and innovation factors had significant impacts on the provincial health modernization level.Conclusion The path to balanced and high-quality development of provincial health modernization is to strengthen the appropriateness and flexibility of policies to promote coordinated regional development,to optimize the allocation of health care resources to cope with the"siphon phenomenon"in the provinces,and to rely on the innovation drive of new quality productivity to empower high-quality development.
