摘要:马铃薯渣是提取果胶良好的原料,提取果胶是马铃薯渣资源化利用的有效途径。马铃薯渣提取果胶,工业化生产目前主要采用沸水抽提法、酸水解法、离子交换树脂法、微生物提取法、微波提取法、超声波提取法等提取方法。沉析方法主要是直接浓缩法、乙醇沉淀法和盐析法等。本文综述了马铃薯渣提取果胶主要途径、生产技术及国内外研究现状,分析了相关发明专利技术,为开展相关研究提供参考借鉴。
Potato residue is a good raw material to extract the pectin,which is a good way to utilize the potato residue resourcefully.At present,industrial production about extracting pectin mainly use methods of the hot water extraction,acid hydrolyzation,ion-exchange resin,microorganism extraction,microwave extraction,ultrasonication extraction,ect.Precipitations are mainly the methods of direct concentration,ethyl alcohol precipitation and salt fractionation.The paper reviews the main approaches to extract pectin out of the potato residue,manufacturing techniques and the research status at home and abroad.It also analyzes the relevant patents and provides some references for related research.
